Magnificent works by French Cabinet Maker Andre Charles Boulle (1642-1732) can be seen in the greatest museums throughout Europe and America. In London, we are fortunate to have the Wallace Collection, which houses ones of the very finest collections of Boulle furniture produced during the reign of Louis XIV.

Even during his lifetime collectors coveted the works of Andre Charles Boulle for the extraordinary technique and skill which was so evident in the finished pieces. His name quickly became synonymous with the technique regardless of who actually made the piece.

Our desk is of exceptional quality and a faithful interpretation of the 17th-century originals.
