A Pendulum Clock showing Psyche crowning Cupid, striking every half hour and hour. It is made of red marble, with the two bronze figures having been based on a model by Claude Michallon (died 1799). A silk suspension movement is contained within the clock, one that can be found featured in European Pendulum Clocks by Peter Heuer-Klaus Maurice. The quality piece is in guaranteed, working order.
