A Highly unusual and finely carved Ivory Kashmiri Anglo Indian chess set lavishly and abstractly carved but with human figures as sentinels atop the castles which appear to be gun turrets and horses heads on the knights. Throughout the carving is of exceptional quality. (there are minor differences between the two white castles.)
