Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Nicholas Wells Antiques, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our online sales are governed by UK 'distance selling' regulations.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order and return items purchased online. To exercise this right:
- Tell us within 3 days of receiving the goods that you want to cancel
- You then have another 14 days to return the goods once you've notified us
- All returns must be communicated prior to sending items back
Return Process
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery to notify us of your intention to return
- Return goods within 14 days of notification in the same condition as supplied
- Use the same level of shipping as received, with insurance
- We recommend using the same shipper at your cost
- If needed, we will help organise suitable shipping
Refunds
We will refund the purchase price, excluding delivery costs and taxes, within 14 days of safe receipt of items in the same condition as supplied.
Important Notes
- Return shipping costs are at your expense
- Liability for any damage during transit remains with the sender
- We strongly recommend adequate insurance when returning items
- These terms extend to our international clients
