Mid 18th century carved and giltwood frame profusely detailed with rococo ornament, brilliantly carved scrolling acanthus leaves, ledges, blooming flowers hanging from ledges and contorted C and S scrolls in the manner of such masters as Matthias Lock (1710-1765) and, most notably, Luke Lightfoot (1722-1789).
