Complete and rare late 16th / early 17th century Ottoman Shamshir of fine craftsmanship, certainly belonging to a general or one of a high status. Attributed to the leading swordsmith al-Hajji Sunghur.

Origin: Ottoman Turkey Date: 16th century – 17th century Materials: Wootz, gold, horn and silver
