A statuary marble grand tour tazza on stand, the bowl sculpted with integral neo Greek handles each with double Seilenoi masks, the exterior with bold reeding that 'overflows' the edge of the bowl, each section with a rounded end, the interior of the bowl, by contrast, is perfectly smooth and polished. The whole is raised on a seperate fluted pedestal base standing on a square plinth. Italy, circa 1800 Height: 16.25 in. (41.28 cm) Width: 23 in. (58.42 cm) Depth: 18 in. (45.72 cm)
