An exceptional mid 18th century pie crust tilt top tripod table. The scalloped top of exceptionally heavy figured mahogany carved with a scalloped border with acanthus details on the surface and icicles and rockeries on the under side. The whole raised on carved and detailed baluster column with bird cage closure and supported on cabriole legs terminating in claw and ball feet.
