Mid 18th century ebony and gilt bronze bracket clock fitted with a movement by John Ellicott London 1706-1772, court watchmaker 1762-1772. The steel clock face with arabic and roman numerals, pierced date aperture. The back plate profusely engraved with cherubs and scrolling acanthus leaves. Formerly with Anthony Woodburn
